Basic Vegetable Smoothie recipe by TESCOM

 

Ingredients (for 800ml)

1- 400ml water
2- 120g kiwi fruit
3- 60g spinach or konatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
4- 120g apple
5- 100g carrot
6- 2 tablespoons honey, if you like

 

Method

Step1:
Remove the roots from leafy vegetable and cut the vegetable into 3cm wide.
Hull kiwi fruit and carrot. Core apple, leaving the rind of it. Cut them into 3cm square.


Step2:
Put the ingredients into the blender container in order of number, set the timer to 60 minutes, and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


Step3:
Pour [Step2] to a glass.
