Purée of Yam and Spinach for TofuRecipe

Purée of Yam and Spinach for Tofu recipe by TESCOM

 

Ingredients (for a couple of servings)

-Purée
1- 1 tablespoon white broth
2- 105ml water
3- 40g spinach
4- 200g yam
*Amount is net weight, without skin or seeds.
*Be careful about food allergies.
*Make sure to use ingredients that have cooled down to at least below 40℃.

1- 400g tofu (soybean curd)

-Topping
1 okra stalk
1 cherry tomato

 

Method

-Purée
Step1:
Remove the roots from spinach and cut the vegetable into 3cm wide.
Pare yam and dice it into 3cm cubes.


Step2:
Put the purée ingredients into the blender container in order of number, set the timer to 60 seconds, and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


-Serving
Step1:
Cut and divide tofu to a container one by one, pour the purée around the tofu, and top it off with okra and cherry tomato.
Warm it with a microwave oven if you like.
