Vacuum Green Smoothie recipe by TESCOM

 

Ingredients (for 3 servings, 600ml)

1- 100ml water
2- 100g orange
3- 100g frozen banana
4- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
5- 100g apple
6- 1 tablespoon honey

 

Method

Step1:
Peel orange and divide the fruit into each bunch.
Cut banana into 3cm wide and frozen the fruit.
Remove the roots of Komatsuna and cut the vegetable into 3cm wide.
Pare and take the seeds of apple and cut the fruit into 3cm square.


Step2:
Put the ingredients into the blender container in order of number, set the timer to 60 minutes, and push the VACUUM FRESH button.


Step3:
Pour [Step2] to a glass.
